Pre-sales: conduct marketing research and develop local clients (developers) to promote Ideamake digital marketing solution; work with the country manager to deliver a tailored proposal for the developers.
After the sales in, be a communication bridge between the project manager & clients, to make sure both sides communicate efficiently; Following up the payment process, to make sure the payment is proceeding as planned.
During or after the project delivery, provide product training to our clients, to make sure all their people understand how to make full use of our tool; For some sales events, you might need to be on-site support.
